Public Records af St. Lucie County, Florida, the same as though they had
been originally incorporated therein, and are hereby given as substitute
security for the indebtedness secured by said mortgage.
T}iis mortgage as modified shall provide for partial releases of ~
the lien as follows:
In consideration of the payment or prepaymecit of the sums due ~
under this mortgage and the note secured thereby, the l~lortgagee agrees to
release from the lien and operation of this mortgage portions of the lands
encumbered, in accordance with the following schedule:
1. The Northerly one-half (Nly 1/ 2) as measured
along the west boundary line of mortgaged property
as modified may be released upon the payment of ~

2. Whenever a release shall be requested, Mortgagor
