For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars
to the undersi4ned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinaf ter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract ;

a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245. Page 596, and
re-recorded in Lien 8ook on September 27. 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497~ of the official ~
records of St. ~.ucie County. Florida, wherein North Beach Water ~
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con- ~
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditians. Said property.
situated in St. Lucie County. Florida~ is described as fallows:
Lot 22, Block 5 of Coral Cove Beach S~bdiviBion as per plat thereof ~
recorded in Plat Book 11 at pages 30A and 30B of the Pubtic Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida
