SAMUEL STONE GAINES and C. R. McDONALD, JR., first being
duly sworn, depose and say, under oath, as follows:
1. Alma Stones Gaines was the mother of Samuel Stone Gaines,
and at the time of her death was a widow, and she only had one
, child born,pf her marriage, namely, Samuel Stone Gain~s, who is
her sole heir at law.
2. At the time of the death of Alma Stone Gaines on the~_

erty in St. Lucie County, Florida:

of a vacated alley adjacent thereto

as per plat thereof recorded in the
Public Recorcls of St. Lucie County,
Florida
and
Lot 8, Block O, REVISED PLAT OF ALAMANDA
i VISTA SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof re-
; corded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
