TNIS SPECIAL DEED is executed this date for the~'~r~ose of
clarifying title in the followinq-described property, ~n ~,~`~'tisferring
the interest of the undersiqned in said property to ac~wn~2i~~sh this
intent as herein expressed, and it is the inter~tion of ~he'~,si~gnors of
this deed to vest a life estate in the following described.•property
in JULIA STONE, a widow, and the remaininq interest therein in SAMUEL
S. GAINES and THERESSA D. GAINES, his wife, as tenail~s by the entire-
ties, and in furtherance of this purpose, this Special Ueed is hereby
executed.
WITNESSETH: That SAMUEL S. GAINES and THERESSA D. GAINES, his
wife, in and for good and valuable consideration, do by thi~~ instrument '
hereby grant, bargain, sell, release, convey and confirm untq JULIA
STONE, a widow, a life estate in the following d~scribed property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 1, 2. 3, 20 and 21 of BLOCK "A"
of B. Hoqq's Addition to Fort Pierce,
according to the plat thereof on file •3•'1-
in Plat Book 1, at page of the -r
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
WITNESSETH: That JULIA STONE, a widow, in and for good and valu-
able consideration, does by this instrument hereby qrant, bargain, sell,
release, conv~y and confirm unto SAMUEL S. GAINES and THERESSA D. GAINES,
his wife, all of her interest in the above-described property subject
only to her life estate, and she does hereby vest in them fee simple
title forever to said property, subject only to her life estate which
she hereby retains. ~
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, as a life estate in the said JULIA STONE,
a widow, and as a fee simple remainder interest in the said SAMUEL S.
GAINES and THERESSA D. GAINES, his wife.
