TH1S AGREEMENT, made and entered into this l~• day
of ,1971 by and between LUTHER A. ASKINS and R.
CNARLOTTE ASKINS, his wife, hereinafter called first parties and
OKEECHOBEE LAND CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, herein-
after called second party,
WITN ESSETH:
WHEREAS, first parties are the owners and holders of a
certain note and mortgage dated February ~3, 1965 made by Leverett
Shaw Groves, Inc. , recorded in Official Records Book ,
Page 4 7~ of the Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Fiorida
and encumbering property described as:
Tt~e North Half of the NW 4 of N W 4 of Section
13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, Except-
ing therefrom the East 180 feet of the West ZOS
feet of the North 246 feet of said Section 13, Town-
~hip 35 South, Range 39 East.
the payments under which note and mortgage were modified by Payment
Schedule dated March 22, 1968 and executed by first parties and said
Leverett Shaw Groves, Inc. , a true copy of which Payment Schedule is
hereto attached as Exhibit "A"; And
WHEREAS, Leverett Shaw Groves, Inc. has contracted
to sell all of the above described property to second party subject to the
above described mortgage held by first parties; And
_ WHEREAS, second party has requested first parti.es to
allow it to assume said ~note and mortgage as modified and to allow it
to make payments thereunder according to the said Payment Schedule
: hereto attached as Exhibit "A"; which request has been granted by first

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual cove-
nants herein contained as well as the sum of ten doL'ars and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid to first parties by second party, it
is hereby agreed by and between the parties as follows:
1. Shoulci the hereinbefore described property be c:onveyed
unto second party from L.everett Shaw Groves, Inc, subject to the above
