THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT made the ~ day of ~ '
1971, by Gladys P. McCarty, as Executrix of the Estate of Brian K.
McCarty, deceased, hereinafter called the "Grantor" to North
St. Lucie River Drainage District, a public corporation created
and existing under the General Drainage Laws of the State of
Florida, whose post office address is Route 4, Box 611-A, Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the "Grantee";
WITNES~ETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration ~
of the sum of $10.Q0 and of the general and special benefits
as a result of the maintenance of Canal ?1 , hereby give
and grant unto the grantee a right of way and easement ~ver,
in and to that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
That•part of the~West half of Section 33, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, LESS the South 2,993.4 feet of Section 33, lying
between the centerline of Ten Mile Creek and a line 100 feet
Southerly and parallel to, as measured at right angles thereto,
the following described centerline:
Beginning in the center of a bridge over Ten Mile Creek
at a point on the West line of Section 33, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, said point being 1100.22 feet
South of the Northwest corner of said Section 33; thence
run North 67°30' East 332.06 feet; thence following a
curve concave to the South, having a radius of 300 feet
subtended by a central angle of 52°30', for a distance
of 274.89 feet; thence run South 60°00' East 1068.53
feet; thence fallowing a curve concave to the South,
having a radius of 175 feet subtended by a central angle
of $5°25' for a distance of 260.89 feet; thence run
South 25°25' West 171.54 feet; thence following a curve
concave to the east, having a radius of 150 feet subtended
by a central ang1F of 88°49', for a distance of 232.52
feet; thence run South 63°24' East 842.67 feet; thence
E folZowing a curve concave to the East, having a radius
of 150 feet subtended by a central angle of 56°31', for a
~ distance of 147.96 feet; thence run North 60°OS' East

241.37 feet to a point in the center of a bridge over
; Ten Mile Creek; said point being on the East line of the
west half of said Section 33 at a distance of 2367.40 feet i
South of the Northeast corner of the West half of said
Section 33. LESS road rights of way.
` tagether with the right to use the said land for canal purposes ~
` and for the deposit, storage, and removal of dredged or excavated ~
' material and the operation of all necessary equipment and vehicles
incident thereto; but in the event the same be discontinued or
a.bandoned as to the use granted hereby, this easement shall
thereupon terminate and revest in the grantor, his heirs or assigns.
