That in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand
Seven Hunoced Fifty ($4,750.OOj Dollars, payable $500.00
on the signing of this Agreement and 170 weekly payments

and the further consideration of the assumption by the '
Buyer of an indebtedness in the amount of Seven Thousand
Seven Hundred and Six Dollars and Sixty-seven cents. ($7,706.67),
as shawn on the attached list. Se13er does buy, sell and
convey unto Buyer all the assets of the Seller, doing
