to SBYIdORg H. WRIGHT as to an undivided 9,1?5/10,000 interest and s
KATHRYN B. WRIGHT as to an undivided 825/10,000 interest, whose post-
office address is 1950 Thatch Palm Drive, Boca Raton , Florida, hereinafter
called the grantees.
WITNTSSh°fH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby ;
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ;
release, convey and confirna unto the grantees all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz;
The West half of Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 39 $ast,
and that part of Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 39 Tast,
lying South of the South right of way line of Angle Road and
Tsas1: of the following described line :
From a point where the Sast line of aforesaid Section 5 intersects
the South right of way line of said Angle Boad right of way, run
North 89° 45 min. 15 sec. West along said right of way line a ~
distance of 420.1? feet; thence North a distance of 50 feet; thence ~
North 89° 45 min. 15 sec. West a distance of 305.92 feet to a
point where said South right of way of Angle Road intei•sects the :
~ast line of a 110 foot wide power line easement hereinaf ter ~
referred to; said point being the point of beginning of the West ~
boundary to this parcel.
From the point of beginning run South 0° 37 min. 40 sec. West -
i a distance of 5,294.10 feet to a point on the South line and 724.85
