hereinafter called the grantee.
WITNESSETII, That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
su~n of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz;
The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township
35 South, Range 38 East, containing 80 acres, more or less,
less rights of way for public roads and drainage canals;
located in St. Lucie County, F lorida ;
TOGETHER WTT~-I a one-half interest owned by the grantor in
that certain five-inch well located in the middle of that certain
road which lies one-quarter of a mile Cast of Knight Road and ?
lying on the South property line of the aforesaid property;
ALSO INCLUDING two 36-inch propeller-type custom pumps
and one 24-inch propeller type custom pump;.ALSO INCLUDING
a one-half interest in a well and existing house and barn located
on the above-described property.

Subject to all easements, restrictions, rights of way and
reservations of record; subject, also, to all taxes and assess-
ments for the year 1971 and all subsequent years. ~
6Y T}iC ACCEPTANCC AND RECORDING OF THIS DCED, ~
The Grantee hereby agrees to assume and pay as a portion
of the consideration for this conveyance that certain martgage
dated June 10, 1965 from F3owen Brothers, Inc. , et al, to
The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States ~
in the original principal sum of ~110, 000. 00, recorded in
Official Record Book 120 at page 208, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and agrees to hold the Grantors
harmless therefrom.
