SHORT FORM OF MORTGAGE
This Mortgage, dated the 26th day of March A. D. 19 71 , by and between
William A. Zeeler and Jane A. Zeeler, his wife,
hereinafter calted the Mortgagor, and Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, an Officer
of the United States of America, and his successors in such office, as
such, and his or their assigns,
hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby g~rant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
hiortgagor is now seized and possessed and r.i actual possession, situated in the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, described as follows: Lot 3~ Block 1~ of FORT PIERCE HIGHLANDS ~
UNIT N0. 1, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 29, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues ;
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mort$agor shall be entitled to ~
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein deac~ibed and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.
TO HAVE AND `~'O HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with tlie appurtenances of the said
~tortgagor in and to the~ same, and every part and pazcel ther~of, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.

PR.OVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the M~ttgagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the 1liortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the

ments to principal and interest of ~ 76.92 starting on the lst day of ~y
19 71 , and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the lst day of April
` 2001 , or any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other indebtedness or liability that
' may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
€ and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mort$agor to be
= comptied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
~ form of mot~tgage, which is incarporated her~in by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
~ shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
~ said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official Records of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Kecords Volume and at the

; page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (except'that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevard,
~ Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9, 1970, and in Dade County on Feb~ruary 10, 1970)
