the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgege given by Will iam K. Hitt and
Ann M. Hitt, his wife dated April 5, ~q 69 , and recorded
in the public records oi St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 176 0~ page '
2204-2205 , securing the payment of the sur~ ofFleven Thousand Five Hundred and no/100---------

has received full payment of the indebteciness evidenced by said mortgage and the note setured the~eby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim a~l right, title and interest conveyed by said mo~tgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of reco~d.
