Before the undersigned authority personally appeared
ERROL S. WILLES who, being by me first duly sworn, upon oath
says:
1. That my name is Errol S. Willes, and I am a prac-
ticing attorney in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. T'hat affiant knew and was well acquainted with
MARY O. GORSUCH during her lifetime; that Mary O. Gorsuch de-
parted this life on December 25, 1970 in the Fort Pierce Memorial
Hospital, Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. That at the time of her demise, she was the wife of
and living with EDWARD C. GORSUCH.
4. That affiant knew and was acquainted with Edward

C. Gorsuch and Mary O. Gorsuch, his wife, from April of 1963
until the date of the death of Mary O. Gorsuch on December 25,
1970; that during all of said period of time, the said Edward C.
Gorsuch and Mary O. Gorsuch were living and cohabiting together
as man and wife at 1805 Arizona Avenue in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
; 5. That Edward C. Gorsuch is the surviving spouse of
~ Mary O. Gorsuch. !

` 6. That subsequent to the death of the said Mar~ O.

~ Gorsuch on December 25, 1970, the said Edward C. Gorsuch has re-

~ mained a single adult and has not re-married.

~ 7. T'hat the above Affidavit is given in connection with
~ the title to the fo]bwing described property, situate in St.

~ Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
- Lot 14, PIONEER ESTATES NO. 2, as per plat
- thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, at page
~ 51, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
