Before the undersigned authority personally appeared ~
ERROL S. WILLES who, being by me first duly sworn, upon oath
says:
1. That my name is Errol S. Willes; that affiant is
a practicing attorney in Fort Pierce, St. I{ucie County, Florida,
and has followed his profession in said county and said state
since September of 1930.
2. That affiant, since May of 1940, has lived and re-
sided at 709 South 7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.

3. That affiant was acquainted with and knew WILLIAM
F. GREEN and MILLICENT W. GREEN during their lifetime.
4. That William F. Green and Millicent W. Green lived
and cohabited together as husband and wife during their lifetime
from 1940 until the time of their demise, at 620 South 7th Street,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida; that William F. Green

~ pre-deceased the said Millicent W. Green, his wife; that Millicent

W. Green was the widow and surviving spouse of William F. Green;
; that Millicent W. Green did not re-marry after the demise of

~ very moderate estate, consisting of the property located at 620

Florida, and a moderate amount of cash, not to exceed Five Thou-
