WHEREAS, the above-named Guardian has taken oath and qiven
bond,~as required by law, and is entitled to Letters of

Guardianship; ~

NOW THEREFORE, I Richard M. Stanley, County Judqe in and i
for the County of Collier, in the State of Florida, by virtue
of the power and authority by law in me vested, do declare
Mary C. Williams to be duly qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to act as Guardian of the person and of the

property of Eugene C. Williams, incompetent because of inental
~

incompetency, with full pow~r to ask, demand, sue for, recover ;
~

and receive any assets belonging to the incompetent; to pay
the debts of the incompetent, if any, so far as the assets of
his Estate will permit and the law direct, and to protect the
interests of the incompetent and his Estate accordinq to law,

and to render due accounts of his Guardianship.
