described as follows; to-wit:
All that certain land situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida, beginning at the point on the east line of
the right-of-way of County (Angle Road) 204.79 ft.
Northwest of the intersection of said line of said
road and the West line of the right-of-way of
Drainage Canal #3, and run thence along the East
line of said road in a Northwesterly direction
100 feet, thence at right angle to said road 285.9
feet to the West right-of-way of said Canal #3,
thence South along said canal right-of-way line
137.11 feet, thence Southwesterly 192.1 feet to
point of beginning, and containing .55 acres, more
or less, in the SE 1/4 of Section 6, Tvwnship 35
South, Range 40 East;

WHEREAS, the said lands in St. Lucie County, herein-
after referred to as PARCEL 2, are mortgaged to CONAN to '
