balance after the release and satisfaction of one of said
companion Mortgages, shall be attributable to the remain-
ing property encumbered and the Note and Mortgage bhereon.
4. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, ~
both corporate and individual, their heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns.
5. With the exceptions hereinabove noted, the
parties do herewith reiterate and reaffirm all of the
terms and conditions of the Notes and Mortgages hereinabove
referred to, not in conflict herewith,
