THIS WARRANTY DEED made this y"~~ day of March, A. D. 1971, by
HOWARD W. SAMP90N and HELEN D. SAMPSON, his wife, II~[ERSON G. SAMPSON and

IRIS T. SAMPSO~, his wife, and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON and BONITA G. SAMP90N,
his wife, hereinafter called the grantors, to STEVEN J. STUNDA and ANN ~
STUNDA, his wife, whose post office address is 293 17 Waldensa, Wickliffe,
Ohio, hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
heret~y acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Being a parcel of land lying in Block 32, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION,
Unit 4, according to plat thereof filed in Plat Book 11, page 2, Pub-
lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; the boundary of said parcel
more particularly described as follows~ :

From the NW corner of the aforesaid Block 32, run North 89° 53' East
217.87 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 89° 53'
East 85 feet; thence South 0° 07' Eas t 150 feet; thence South 89°
53' West 85 feet; thence North 0° 07' West 150 feet; to point of be-
ginning. . - -

1~OGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
