WARRANTY DEED

THIS WARRANTY DEED made this day o£ March, A. D. 197 L, by
HOWARD W. SA.MPSON and HELEN D. SAMPSON, his wife, EMERSON G, SAMPSON end
IRIS T. SAMPSON, his wife, and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON and HONITA G. SAMPSON,
his wife, hereinafter called the grantors, to RICNARD E. DOUGLAS and
