THIS INDENTLTRE, Made this 31st day of March, 1971, between
ROSA NELL PATTERSON, the widow and unremarried surviving spouse of
O. R. Patterson, deceased, grantor, and ROGER H. PATTERSON whose
post office address is 1212 South 25th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
grantee,

WITNESSETH: That said grantor, for and in consideration of ;
love and affection, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. has
granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs
and assigns forever, the follawing described land, situate, lying
