BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared ANNA KINKER who upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
SAMUEL G. KINKER who departed this life on September 6, 1970.
2. That she and the said Samuel G. Kinker were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by
Samuel G. Kinker, widower of Elva L. Kinker,
deceased, and Anna Kinker, his wife, to Samuel G.
Kinker and Anna Kinker, his wife, dated April 12,
1966, recorded in O.R. Book 143, page 142 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
; wherein the above described real property was conveyed.

€ 3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she
