Thompson and William D. Stark, III, as co-executors of the estate of Evelyn McCarty Stark Thompson, hereinafter called the "Grantor" to North St. Lucie River Drainage District, a public corporation created aiid existing under the General ~ Drainage Laws of the State of Florida, whose post office address is Route 4, Box 611-A, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the "Grantee"; WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration j of the sum of $10.00 and of the general and special benefits as a result of the maintenance of Canal~~~, hereby give and grant unto the grantee a right of way and easement over, in and to that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: That part of the South 2993.4 feet of the West half of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 39 East lying between the centerline of Ten Mile Creek and a line 100 feet Southerly and parallel, as measured at right angles thereto, to the following described centerline: Beginning in the center of a bridge over Ten Mile Creek at a point on the West line of Section 33, Township 35 ; .
