RESOLUTION N0. 71-26
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 14th day of July, 1967, filed a lien
against any property owned by RUTH PATTERSON, Rt. 3, Box 183,
Fort Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $32.45, said lien being
recorded in OR Book 16'l at page 620 of the public records of
St. Lucie County; and,
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
dischargeti and satisfied of record.
NOWI THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
30th day of March, 1971, that said Board does hereby acknowledge
full payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
