This Mortgage, dat~d the 5th day of April A. D. 19 71 , by and between
William D. Crowe and Janice E. Crowe, his wife,
hereinafter called the Martgagor, and Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, an Officer
of the United States of America, and his successors in such office, as such,
and his or their assigns,
hereinafter called t#~e Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actuat possession, situated in the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, described as follows: WeSt ot1~e-half Of LOt 8 and 811 0~[ Lot 9~
Block "B" of HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITIOTI ~3, as shown in Plat Book 9, page
46, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and pro~ts of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all i"uctures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household sppliances, which are and shati be deemed tv be, fiactures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thet~eof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.

rtgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is se~eti o3 sadd ~c~ simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces here~y? fully q~f~the title to

whomsoever. _

PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that cert,~in promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mortg;agor and payable to the order of !he Mortgagee in the
principal sum ofEIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY Dollars, payable in monthly install-
ments to principal~and interest of ~ 61.85 starting on the Sth day of M8y
19 71 , and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the Sth ~y of April
1996 , or any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other indebtedness or liability that
may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be
complied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that Wank or master
form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by ~+eference as if set out herein in full, then these pr8sents
shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Of5cial R.ecords of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the foUowing counties in Florida in the OfScial R.ecords Volume and at the
page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (escept that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevazd,
Duval and Suwannee CounNes on February 9, 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
