ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed
ancl execution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee,
acknowiedqes receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium de-
scribed above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits, and ~
ti:at conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
i~irther hereb~~ ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions
