DIVISION", a Subdivision in the County of St. Lucie, Florida, ~
which plat is naw recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 10 of the Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida , hereby makee the following
declarations as ta the restrictions, reservations, easements and r
covenants covering all the lots constituting thxs subdivision. ~
1. LAND USS AND MOBILE HOMS TYPE. ~
No lot shall be used except for residential purpoaes. No build- ~
ing or mobile home shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted ?
to remain on any lot other than a one family mobile hane of a length ~
of not less than forty-five (45) feet and one attached carport or
garage for not more than one car, and one attached Florida Roan.
