No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the Public view
on any lot except one sign of not more than five (5) square feet
advertising the property for sale or rent, or aigns used by G~tSBN
ACRES S[1BDIVISION and designated agents to advertise the property
during the developn?ent and sales period.
6. LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY.
No ariimals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised,
bred, or kept on any lot, escept that dogs, cats or other household
pets may be kept provided they are not kept, bred, or maintained
for any camaercial purpose.
7. GARBAGS AND RSFUSg DISPOSAL.
~ No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for
i refuse or trash. Garbage or other waste shall be kept in sanitary
~ containers with a tight fitting cover. All incinerators or other
E equipnent for the storage or disposal of such material shall be
kept in a clean and sanitary condition. All lot vwners or occupante
shall be required to use a garbage collection aervice that collects
garbage and trash at least :(2) twice per week and to pay any reason-
able chargea which may be made for such collection service.
8. SBWAiG$ DISPOSAL.

~ No individual sewage disposal system shall be permitted on
any lot unless such eystem is deaigned, located and constructed
in accordance with the requirements, standardg and recammendatians
~ of St. Lucie County and the Florida State Health Department.
~ Approval of such system as installed shall be obtained fran the
appropriate authority.

~ 9. VBHICLS PARKING.
~
¢ No truck, trailer, or other vehicle larger than a conventional
~ type three-quarter (3/4) ton pickup truck may be parked over night
~ within the confines of GREEN ACRSS SUBDIVISION.
