unmarried, of St. Lucie County, Florida, party of the first pert, in consideration
of the sum of S10.00 and other valuable consider~tions, received from or on behalf
of FAITN BAPrIST CHURCH OF FORT PIEi~E, FLORIDA, INC. , whc~se mailing address is
3015 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, FloridA, party of the second part, does hereby
giant, bargain, sell, assiqn, transfer and set over unto the said pnrty of the
second part rll her right, title and interest in and to thet certt~in Articles of
Agreement dated June 3rd, 1970, recorded June 3, 1970 in Official Record Book 184,
page 2872, fran Claude w Combs and Louise L• Combs, his wife, parties of the
first part t herein, in favor of Burris E• Bozeman and Mary Lee Bozeman, his wife,
with respect to the follo~ring described piece or parcel of land and the improve-
ments th~reon, in the County of St. Lucie and the State of Florida, to-wit:
The East 65 feet of the west 920.50 feet of
Lot 17, UNIT ONE, MARAVILLA GAI~ENS, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6,
at Page 55 , of the Public Eaecords of St . Lucie
County, Florida.
And the party of the second part hereof, by the acceptance of this Assignment,
agrees to assume and pay the balance of the sum due thereon, in accordance aith
the terms of the aforesaid Articles of Agreement.
TO HAVE At~D TO HOLD the same unto the said pnrty of the second part, its
legal representatives, successors and assigns forever.
