In this instrument the singvlar shjll include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
ne~ter. All rights and obligations under this mortgags shall extend to and be binding upon the respettive
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortc~agee.
