SATISFACTION OF MOATGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That C1TY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, a United States

corporation, holder of a certain mortgage given by A. Carol Sanford, joined by his wife, Alma
Sanford,
to it bearing date the 27th day of .Tuly , A.D., 19 67 , recorded in Official Rec;ord Book 170 ,
page 1110 , in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida;
given to secure the debt as described therein, upon the following described property, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, State of Florida~ to-wit: The North 600 feet of the South 2100 feet
of Section 32, Township 35 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, being
a part of Government Lots 3 and 4 of said Section 32, lying between the Indian
River on the West and the Atlantic Ocean on the East; together with reparian and
littoral rights as may appertain thereto; LESS the following described property:
A strip of land 100 feet wide situate over, through and across the North 600 feet '
of the South 2100 feet of Section 32, Tonwship 35, Range 41 East; said strip of
land lying each side of and within 50 feet of the Baseline of Survey according to
the r~ght of way map of Section 9405-107, State Road AlA, as filed in Map Book l,
page 33, in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida,
a part of said Baseline being more particularly described as follows: t
Beginning at a point on the South line of and 29.31 feet West of the Southeast ;
corner of Government Lot 6 of said Section 32; run thence 22 37~ 23'~ West a dis-
tance of 28.41.00 feet to the North line of and 227.16 feet East of the Northwest ~
corner of Government Lot 4 of said Section 32; said strip of land containing
1.50 acres more or less. ~
