RE: CORRECTIVE INSTRUMENT TO DESCRIPTION TO FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY
CORRECTED DESCRIPTION:
The North one-half of the following described
property:
The W~ of the NW~ of the SE~ of Section 32,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, LESS the
North 991.4 feet, and LESS road right-of-way,
containing 5 acres more or less, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
The undersigned mortagors and mortagees do hereby file amendment
and corrective description to that certain mortgage deed dated
September 4, 1970 from Paul Donaldson and Dorethia L. Donaldson, his
wife, to Ruby Poff Hickey, recorded in 0. R. Book 186, at page 2820,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and correct the-
legal description contained in the foregoing instrument by amending
and correcting said description as follows:

North 991.4 feet, and LESS road right-of-way,
