ADMINISTRATRIX'S DEED
~
THIS INDENTURS, executed the 31st day of March,
1971, between ELIZABETFI V. MILLSR, as Administratrix of the
Estate of Robert Gerald Miller, deceased, party of the first
part, and KATHARINS M. MIMS, party of the second part, and
whose address is 2913 Alline Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33611.
W I T N E S S E T H : (•SSS
The party of the first part on the 31st day of March,
1971, pursuant to Order of the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, dated March 24, 1971, and in consideration of
the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable ,
consideration in hand paid, qrants, bargains, sells, aliens,
premises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the
second part, and to her heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
Undivided one-seventh interest in the
East 585 feet of the South Z30 feet of
the North 315 feet of Government Lot 2,
Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40
STATE OF FIORIDA East; and, undivided one-seventh inter-
~NTARY est in that part oiE the South 60 feet ~
~irt r~x of the North 185 feet of the East 585
i•55 feet of Government Lot 2, lying West :
of Old Dixie Highway, LESS the West 300 i
i ~ feet thereof, Section 33, Township 34
; South, Range 40 East.

~ TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
z and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that

° TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
x and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

~ AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
~ the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns that in all
~ things preli.minary to and in and about the sale and this convey-
~ ance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida
~ have been followed and complied with in all respects.
