RII.EASE OF ASSIGNt~ENTS OF RENT ~ A 7~~~
WHEREAS, DAVID G. WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WILLBUR, his wife,
and LEVERE MONT'C~OMERY a~d BETTY ANN MpNT(~OMERY, his wife, Lessors
to TOP VALUE ENTERPRISES, INC. an Ohio corporation and TNUROW
ELECTRONICS, INC., a Florida corporation, did execute an Assignmen
of Rent of said Leases to the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a Florida
banking corporation, which Assignments appear in 0. R. Book 9S, at
page 473, and 0. R. Book 124, at page 117, of the Public.Reco rds
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WNEREAS, the obligations for which said Assignments were
executed have been paid in full.
NpW, THEREFORE, the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a Florida banking
corporation, holder of the eforesaid Assignments, does hereby
cancel, annul and render void said Assignments, hereby releasing
and relinquishing any and all rights created by said Assignments.
IN WITNESS WHERDOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed, by its proper off icers thereunto duly authorized
