St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared Anna Rigatti who upon first beinq duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
Joseph Rigatti who departed this life on .,Ju~~C 2S ~~~~o
2. That she and the said Joseph Rigatti were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by Paul
Barbere and Lillian Barbere, his wife, dated February 2, 1961,
filed February 3, 1961, in O.R. Book 3, page 241 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described
real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
she was married to the said Joseph Rigatti and that said marital
relationship continued without interruption until the death
of the said Joseph Rigatti.
Further affiant sayeth not.
