WHEREAS, the parties hereto did on December 30, 1969 ~

enter into a certain Articles of Agreement recorded in Official Records ~

~ Book I81, Page 2868 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~lorida, ~

providing for the sale by first parries and the purchase by second parties

' of that certain property situate in St. Lucie County, F lorida described as: ;
The West 39 feet of Lot 8 and the East ;
: 21 feet of Lot 9 of DUKE'S SUBDIVISION, '
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book `
9 at Page 34 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

ments relative to the said Articles of Agreement and desire to set same `
