AMENDMENT TO DECLAR~ITION OF CONDOMINIUM
OF OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM
The undersigned, being the owner of record of the real estate
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, described in Plat Book
16, pp. 1-1J, St. Lucie County Public Records, which real estate has
been submitted to the condominium form of ownership by f iling a docu-
ment entitled Declaration of Condominium of Outdoor Resorts at Nettles
Island in OR Book 186, page 2720, Circuit Court Clerk's Off ice, St.
Lucie County, Florida, hereby amends said Declaration of Condominium
in the following particulars, and specif ically restates and readopts
all of the provisions of said Declaration of Condominium as set forth
in OR Book 186, page 2720, not specifically amended herein:
1. Section II shall read in its entirety as follows:
