Proviso Provided, however, that until the Developer of the Condominium has completed and sold all of the units in the Condominium, or until a majority of the members pursuant to Section 5 hereof request the same, or until the Developer ~lects to terminate its control of the Condominium, whichever shall f irst occur, there shall be no meeting of inembers of the Association unless there i ; is a meeting called by the Board of Directors of the As- ~ sociation." ` ~ 12. The following language following the phrase "The Condo- minium Association formed" shall be delcted from Article XVI, Sec- tion 7, of Exhibit "D": ..."realizes that the proportionate share of the act- ~ ual cost of operating and maintaining all common use property and facilities of the owners of the recreat- ional vehicle campsites and mobile homesites will vary; ther•efore, the Condominium Association shall classify s the recreational vehicle campsites into one category ~ and the mobile homesites into a second category and"... ~ ~ I s : ~ ~ E 13. The following language shall be added to Section XVI ~ of the Declaration: F i f ~ _ "The Developer, in addition to the aforesaid, re- ~ ~ tains a ninety-nine (99) year exclusive easement in 4 ~ the canal located between Match Sheets 9, 10 and 11, ~ as shown on the recorded plat, to develop and operate ~ a boat marina.
