OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC_.~_ A CONDOMINIUM
RECREATION CENTER LEASE
THIS LEASE is made and entered into on the day
of ~yDril , 1971, by and between OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA,
INC., a Tennessee corporation, hereinafter ref erred to as the
"Lessor", OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC., A CONDOMIN-
IUM, a Florida corporation not for profit, hereinaft~ referred
to as "Lessee",
W I T N E S S E T H
The Lessor and Lessee, each in consideration of the
agreements to be performed by the other, hereby agree as fol-

1. RECREATxON CENTER PROPERTY LEASED. Upon the terms

and conditions herein set forth and in consideration of the

~ prompt and continuous performance by the Lessee of each and

€ every of its covenants and promises herein made, the Lessor does

let, lease, and demise (but not exclusively so) unto the Lessee,
