HomeMy WebLinkAbout1907 actual, implied ar constructive eviction of the Lessee from the Recreation Center by the Lessor or anyone acting by, through, under or for it; or as an excuse, justification, waiver or in- dulgence by the Lessor to the Lessee of the Lessee's prompt, f ull, complete and continuous performance of its agreements contained herein. 4. USE OF PREMISES. 4.1. Intention. The Lesseehas entered into i this lease to make available, on a nonexclusive basis, the de- mised premises to be occupied only for the recreation, leisure time activity, use, benef it and enjoyment of the unit owners of Outdoor Resorts at Nettles Island, Inc., a Condominium. 4.2. Riqht to Use. The Lessee shall have the ~ E i ' right to use, occupy and possess the demised premises on a non- ~ exclusive basis in common with such other persons, real and ~ ~ ~ corporate, who may be other lessees of the demised premises. . ~ ~ s ~ 4.3. Laws and Requlations. Use of the Recreation ~ ~ ~ Center shall be subject to all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules ~ ~ and regulations of all appropriate governmental authority and ~ ~ t agencies and the rules and regulations of the National Board of ~ ~ Fire Underwriters or their successor in interest and rules es- ~ ~ ~ tablished by the Association.
