If such performance by the Lessor shall ~onstitute in whole or in part the payment of monies, such 5 ~ monies so paid by the Lessor, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten percent per annum and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Lessor in and about the collection of the same, shall be payabl,e to the Lessor in and about the collection of the , same, shall be payable to the Lessor on demand, and the Lessee S a~venant to pay any such sums with interest and reasonable attor- neys' fees, as aforesaid. The Lessor shall have, in addition to any and all other rights and remedies herein provided, the same 'rights and remedies in the event of nonpayment as in the case of def ault by the Lessee in the paymentof rent. 17. QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Lessor covenants and agrees l with Lessee that so long as the Lessee keeps and performs all of ~ its covenants herein made, the Lessee shall have quiet and undis- g i i ~ turbed and continued possession of the premises subject only to ~ ~ the rights of other lessees to use, occupy and en- f joy the same. ~ ~ ~ ~ 18. LESSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY.
