HomeMy WebLinkAbout1921 indirectly derived through or under it, or its agents or servants, or on account of any act or remission of the Lessee, which lien shall be superior to the interest in this lease reserved to the Lessor upon the leased premises. All persons contracting with the Lessee, or furnishing materials or labor to the Lessee, or to i its agents or servants, as well as all persons whomsoever, shall be bound by this provision of this lease. This provision is insert- ed in this lease pursuant to the authority of Chapter 713.10, Florida Statutes, 1967. Should any such lien be filed, the Lessee shall dis- ~ # charge the same by paying it, or by filing a bond or otherwise, as permitted by law. 24. ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor all costs of court, and reasonable attorneys' fees, includ- ing fees in connection with procedures in the nature of appeal, in- ; curred or expended by the Lessor in enforcing the terms of this lease. The amount of such costs and fees may, at the option of the Lessor, ; ; ; a - ~ be collected just as though the said amount were rent then maturing ~ ~ and becoming due thereunder. ~ ~ ~ ~ 25. WASTE.
