WAIVER, EXTENSION AND INDiJLGENCES. i~Io waiver, ex- ~ ~ tension or indulgence granted by the Lessor on any one occasion as ! to any breach shall be construed as a waiver, extension or indulgence ~ of any succeeding breach of the same covenant. 35. CHANGES IN WRITING. No modification, release or _ discharge or waiver of any provision hereof shall be of any force, effect or value unless in writing, signed by the Lessor. 36. NOTICES. Whenever, under this lease, a provision is made for notice of any kind, it shall be deemed suff icient notice ; and service thereof if such notice to Lessee is in writing, addressed ~ . ~ to Lessee at its last known address and sent by certif ied mail with ~ postage prepaid; and if such notice to Lessor is in writing, addressed ~ ~ to the last known post office address of Lessor, and sent by certified ~ ~ ~ . ~ ~ mail with postage prepaid. ~ ~ ~ ~ 37.
