33. TIME OF THE ESSENCE. Time is of the essence in
every particular and especially where the obligation to pay money
is involved.

34. WAIVER, EXTENSION AND INDiJLGENCES. i~Io waiver, ex- ~

tension or indulgence granted by the Lessor on any one occasion as !
to any breach shall be construed as a waiver, extension or indulgence

of any succeeding breach of the same covenant.
35. CHANGES IN WRITING. No modification, release or

effect or value unless in writing, signed by the Lessor.
36. NOTICES. Whenever, under this lease, a provision
is made for notice of any kind, it shall be deemed suff icient notice
; and service thereof if such notice to Lessee is in writing, addressed
