set over unto the said parties of the second part all their right, title and inter- ;

est in and to that certain Contract of Sale and Aqreen?ent for Deed dated Septecrtber ~
29, 1970, recorded October 26, 1970 in Official tiecord Book 187, page 2633, from ~
Everett Gleason and Florence Gleason, his Wife, pnrties of the first part therein, ~
in favor of George Saleeby, Jr. and Mae E. Saleeby, his wife, with respect to the
following described piece or parcel of land and the unprovements thereon in the
County of St. Lucie a~nd the State of Florida, to-wit:
Part of Lot 4 of J. I. 1~LLEM'S SiIHDIViSION, according Co the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat eook 3, Paqe 85, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follo~ws, to-wit: The North 165 feet of the South 330 feet of the
East 108 feet; and the North 40 feet of the South 265 feet of the
East 107 feet, ail in said Lot 4 of J. I. 1~LLF,l1•S SUBDIVISION,
according to said Plat Book 3, Paqe 8S; Subject, however to an
Easement for inqress and egress, to be used in caanon with others,
over the West 18 feet of said North 165 feet of the South 330
feet of the East 108 feet; and also, a similar easement over
the west 17 feet of the said North 40 feet of the South 165 feet
of the East 107 feet of said Subdivision, SOBJDCT also, to other
easements and rights of way as may appertain thereto.
And the parties of tte second part hereof, by accept~nce of this Assignment, agree ~
to assume and pay the balance of the sum due thereon, in accordance with the terms +
of the aforesaid Agre~nent for Deed. t
