In this instrument the singular sha11 include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. Atl rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the ~espective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
