ADMINISTRATRIX'S DEED
THIS INDENTURS, executed the 31st day of March,
1971, between ELIZABETH V. MII,L$R, as Administratrix of the
Estate of ROBSRT GERALD MILLER, deceased, party of the first
part and ANNIS NOBLSS MILLER, party of the second part, and
whose address is 2011 South lOth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450.
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part on the 31st day of March,
1971 pursuant to Order of the County Judge's Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, dated March 24, 1971, and in considera-
tion of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other qood and
valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, premises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, and to her heirs and assigns forever, that
certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
Undivided one-half interest in Lots 12
and 13, Block 18, Sunrise Estates, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
8 on page 75 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County.
TOG$THER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.

r TO HAVS AAID TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
; part, and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

; AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
j the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns that in all
~ things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this
= conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
~ Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF, the party of the first part has set
~ her hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
