RECONF'IRMING AGREEMENT
R$LATING 1~0 I~iORTGAGS AND MORTGAGE NOTE
Wl~REAS, the undersigned were the former atockholdera of
Fort Pierce Airways, Inc. (their pro rata ownership thereof
-beimg set forth hereinafter);
W1~RIiA.S, the undersigned have received by Assigt~ment of
Mortgage (recorded in 0. R. Book 181, page 1414, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida) from Fort Pierce Airways, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, now dissolved, all of said corporation's
interest in that certain mortgage and mortgage note dated
March 19, 1969, e~cecuted by Lakeside Gardena, Inc., a Florida
corporation, to Fort Pierce Airwaqs, Inc., in the original
principal amount of $337,500.00 as recorded in Official Records
Vol. 176, page 2556, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and
WI~REAS, said Assignment of Mortgage refers to a certain
Agency Collection Agreement dated September 2, 1969, which
agreement is not of record;
NOW, T~REFORE, in consideration of the pre~niees, the
undersigned, being all the o~mers of the aforesaid mortgage and
mortgage note, do hereby reconfium and grant to St. Lucie County
j Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, full right, power and authority to
; perform and/or to exerciae each and every term and condition
or right, privilege and option to be performed and/or exercised
~r by the Mortgagee under the said mortgage and mortgage note,
~ apecifically including Without limitation the right, power and
5 authority, to euecute and deliver partial releases of said
~ mortgage and a satisfaction of said mortgage Mhen paid in full,
~ to join in the dedication of plats of the mortgaged property,
g and to exercise all rights, privileges and options of the Mortgagee,
€ all in-accordance with and aub3ect to the terms and conditions
~ of the said mortgage and mortgage note.
