RECONFIRMING AGREII~IENT
, RELATING 'PO MORTGAGE AND MORTGAGE NOTE
WHEREAS, the undersigned were the former stockholders of
Fort Pierce Airways, Inc. (their pro rata ownership thereof
being set forth hereinafter);
W1~REAS, the undersigned have received by Assignment of
Mortgage (recorded in O. R. Book 181, page 1414, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida) from Fort Pierce Airways, Inc., ,
a Florida corporati.on, now dissolved, all of said corporation's ~
interest in that certain mortgage and mortgage note dated ~
March 19, 1969, execuCed by Lakeside Gardens, Inc., a Florida
corporation, to Fort Pierce AiYways, Inc., in the original
principal amount of $337,500.00 as recorded in Official Recor~is
Vol. 176, page 2556, Public Records of St. Lucie County, F.lorida; ,
and
WHEREAS, said Assignment of Mortgage refers to a certain
Agenc y Collection'Agreement dated September 2, 1969, which
agreement is not of record;
NOW, T~REFORE, in consideration of the premises, Che ~
undersigned, being all the owners of the aforeaaid mortgage and
mortgage note, do hereby reconfixm and grant to St. Lucie County
Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, full right, power and authority to
perform and/or to exercise each and every term and ~ondition ~
or right, privilege and option to be performed and/or euercised
by the Mortgagee under the said mortgage and mortAage note,
specifically including without limitation the right, power and
authoritq, to execute and deliver partial releasea.of said
~ mortgage and a satisfaction of said mortgage When paid in full,
to ~oin in the dedication of plats of the mortgaged property,
and to exercise all righta, privilegea and options of the Mortgagee,
; all in accordance with and subj ect to the terme and conditions
~ of the said mortgage and mortgage note.

~ IN WITNESS WI~REOF the undersigned have indicated their
r pro rata share of the said mortgage and mortgage note and have
~ signed, sealed and delivered these presents this 7th day of
