RECONFIEt1~lING AGREF~IENT
, RELATING 1~0 MORTGAGE AND MORTGAGE NOTE j
Wt~REAS, the undersigncd were the former stockholders of
Fort Pierce Airways, Inc. (their pro rata ownership thsreof
being set forth hereinafter);
WHEREAS, the undersigned have received by Assignment of
Mortgage (re~orded i~ 0. R. Book 181, page 1414, Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida) from Fort Pierce AirwayB, Inc., ~
a Florida corporation, now dissolved, all of said corporation's ~
interest in that certain mortgage and mortgage note dated ~
March 19, 1969, executed by Lakeaide Gardens, Inc., a Florida
corporation, to Fort Pierce Airways, Inc., in the original
principal amount of $337,500.00 as recorded in Official Records ~
Vol. 176, page 255b, Public Records of St. Lucie County, F.lorida;
and
W1~REAS, said Assignment of Mortgage refers to a certain
Agency Collection Agreement dated September 2, 1969, ~hich
agreement is not of record;
NOW, T~REFORE, in consideration of the premiaes, the
undersigned, being all the ownera of the aforesaid mortgage and
mortgage note, do hereby reconfiron and grant to St. Lucie County
Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, full right, power and authority to ;
perform and/or to exercise each and every tenon and tondition '
or right, privilege and option to be performed and/or e~cercised
by the Mortgagee under the said mortgage and mortgage note,
specifically including without limitation the right, power and
authority, to execute aud deliver partial relea8ea_of said ;
~ mortgage and a satisfaction of said mortgage when paid in full, ~
to join in the dedication of plats of the mortgaged property, _
and to exercise all rights, privilegea and options of the Mortgagee, ~
_ all in accordance with and subj ect to the tenus and conditions ~
of the said mortgage and mortgage note. j

~ IN WITNESS WI~EREOF the undersigned have indicated their ~
~ pro rata share of the said mortgage and mortgage note and have
~ signed, sealed and delivered these presents this 7th day of
