RECONFIRMING AGREEMENT
, RELATING Ti0 MORTGAGE AND MOItTGAGE NOTE
.
WNEREAS, the undersign~d were the former stockholders of
Fort Pierce Airways, Inc. (their pro rata ownership thereof
being set forth hereinafter);
WHEREAS, ~he undersigned have received by Assignment of
Mortgage (recorded in O. R. Book 181, page 1414, Public Records
of St, Lucie County, Florida) from Fort Pierce Airways, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, now dissolved, all of said corporation's
interest in that certain mortgage and mortgage note dated
riarch 19, 1969, executed by Lakeaide Gardens, Inc., a Florida
corporation, to Fort Pierce AiYways, Inc., in the original
principal amount of $337,500.00 as recorded in Official Records
Vol. 176, page 2556, Public Records of St, Lucie Countq, F.lorida;
and
WHEREAS, said Assignment of Mortgage refers to a certain
Agency Collection Agreement dated September 2, 1969, which
agreement is not of record;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
undersigned, being all the owners of the aforesaid mortgage and
mortgage note, do hereby reconfirm and grant to St. Lucie County
Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, full right, power and au~hority to
perfortn and/or to exercise each and every term and ~ondition
o~ right, privilege and option to be performed and/or euercised
by the Mortgagee under the said mortgage and mortgage note, ;
specifically including without limitation the right, power and
authority, to execute and deliver partial releases of said
mortgage and a satisfaction of said mortgage when paid in full,
E to join in the dedication of plats of the mortgaged property,
` and to exercise all rights, privileges and optians of the Mortgagee,
~ all in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions
~
~ of the said mortgage and mortgage note.

~ IN WITNESS T~REOF the undersigned have indicated their
~ pro rata share of the said mortgage and mortgage note and have
' signed, sealed and delivered these presents this 7th day cf `
