RECONFIRM ING AGREEMENT
, RELATING 'PO MORTGAGE AND MORTGAGE NOTE
. ;
WHEREAS, the undersigned were the former stockholdera of +
Fort Pierce Airways, Inc. (their pro rata ownership thereof
being set forth itereinafter) ;
WHEREAS, the undersigned have received by Assignment of
Mortgage (recorded in O. R. Book 181, page 1414, Public Rtcords
of St. Lucie County, Florida) from Fort Pierce Airways, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, now dissolved, all of said corporation's ~
interest in that certain mortgage and mortgage note dated +
March 19, 1969, executed by Lakeside Gardens, Inc., a Florida
_ corporation, to Fort Pierce Airways, Inc., in the original
principal amount of $337,500.00 as recorded in Official Records
Vol. 1~6, page 2556, Public Re~ords of St. Lucie County, F.lorida;
and
W~REAS, said Assignment of Mortgage refers to a certain
Agency Collection Agreement dated September 2, 1969, which
agreement is not of record;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premisea, the
undersigned, being-a11 the owners of the aforesaid mortgage and
mortgage note, do hereby reconfirm and grant to St. Lucie County
Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, full right, power and authority to
perform and/or to exercise each and every term and tondition
or right, privilege and option to be perfo~tned and/or exercised
by the riortgagee under the said mortgage and mortgage note,
specifically including without limitation the right, power and ;
authority, to execute and deliver partial releases,of said
; mortgage and a satisfaction of said mortgage when paid in full,
E to join in the dedication of plats of the mortgaged property,
; and to exercise all rights, privileges and optione of the Mortgagee,
~ all in accordance with and sub3ect to the terms and conditions
€ of the said mortgage and mortgage note.

~ signed, sealed and delivered these presents this 7th day of 5
