RECONFIItMING AGREEMENT
, RELATING 'PO MORTGAGE AND MORTGAGS NOTE
WHEREAS, the undersigned were the former atockholdera of~
Fort Pierce Airways, Inc. (their pro ra[a ownerahip thereof
being set forth hereinafter);
WHEREAS, the undersigned have received by Assignment of
Mortgage (recorded in O, R. Book 181, page 141~4, Public Records
of St. Luci~ County, Florida) £rom Fort Pierce Airways, Ine.,
a Florida corporation, now dissolved, all of said corporation's
interest in that certain mortgage and mortgage note dated
March 19, 1969, executed by Lakeside Gardens,~Inc., a Florida
corporation, to Fort Pierce Airways, Inc., in the original
principal amount of $337,500.00 as recorded in Official Records
Vol. 176, page 2556, Public Records of St. Lucie County, F,lorida;
and
WHEREAS, said Assignment of Mortgage refers to a certain
Agency Collection Agreement dated September 2, 1969, which
agreement is not of record;
NOW, T1~REFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
undersigned, being all the ownere of the aforesaid mortgage and
mortgage note, do hereby reconfiYm and grant to St. Lucie County
Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, full right, power and authority to
perform and/or to exercise each and every term and tondition
or right, privilege and option to be performed and/or exercised
by the Mortgagee under the said mortgage and mortgage note,
specifically including without limitation the right, power and
authority, to execute and deliver partial releases of said ~
mortgage and a satisfaction of said mortgage when paid in full,
to 3oin in the dedication of plats of the mortgaged property,
and to exercise all rights, privilegee and options of the Mortgagee,
~ all in accordance with and subject to the tenns and conditions
~ of the said mortgage and mortgage note. ~

~ IN WITNESS W~REOF the undersigned have indicated their
pro rata share of the said mortgage and mortgage note and have
~ signed, sealed and delivered these presents this 7th day of
~ September , A. D.. 1970.
